摘要
在对基于知识元的知识组织理论探源基础上,本文提出了知识组织应以知识元为基元,以知识元链接为枢纽来构建知识组织的神经系统———知识网络和语义网,其组织过程一般经历文献信息的知识元抽取与标引,知识元库与知识仓库的构建。最后,针对基于知识元的知识组织特点,进一步阐明这种知识组织所具有的知识服务功能。
Based on the study of the theory of knowledge dement-based knowledge organization, this paper proposes that knowledge organization should take knowledge element as the basic element and take knowledge element linking as the pivot to construct the nervous system of knowledge organization-knowledge network and semantic Web. The organization process generally includes extracting and indexing knowledge element from documentary information, and establishing the knowledge element warehouse and knowledge warehouse. Finally, according to its characteristics, the paper further clarifies the knowledge service function of knowledge dement-based knowledge organization.
