摘要
文章介绍美国高校教师激励制度的现状和特点的基础上,通过中美两国的对比指出我国高校激励制度存在的一系列问题,并提出了对我国高校激励机制创新方面的警示和借鉴。
This paper described the current situation and characters of incentive system in the United States;and then pointed out the problems of the incentive system in China＇s colleges based on comparison between the two countries;finally,this paper put forward some references and reflections that we can learn from America.
