摘要
美国教学型高校的人力资源管理模式有利于高校教师队伍的优化,有利于保持高校的生机与活力,有效地促进了美国高等教育在培养人才、吸引人才、创新科技等方面的成功。在介绍美国教学型高校人力资源管理机制的基础上,总结其管理机制的特点及对我国教学型高校人力资源管理的启示。
The human resource management mode of American teaching-oriented higher education institu- tions is successful in talents training and recruiting, and in the innovation of science and technology. It is conducive to the development of college managing and teaching faculty, and the maintaining of vigor and vitality. Taking CSUF as an example, this paper introduces the mechanism of HR management in Ameri- ean teaching-oriented colleges and universities, and summarizes its features and the light it can shed on do- mestic institutions of higher learning.
