摘要
作为一种变革性实践活动,学校教育创新是主体、客体与环境相互作用的产物,通常包括创新的发起、采纳、实施和制度化四个阶段。20世纪60年代至今,西方学者提出了六种学校教育创新的过程模式,即研究、开发和扩散模式,问题解决模式,社会互动模式,政治模式,关联模式和适应性发展模式。这些模式在基本假设、发展阶段、创新主体等方面各有侧重,但从不同层面揭示了学校教育创新的动态过程。
As a kind of transforming practical activity, schooling innovation is generated by interaction of subject, object and environment,and usually unfolds in four stages of initiation,adoption,implementation and institutionalization. Since the 1960s,western scholars have put forward six process models of schooling innovation as follows:researching model,development and diffusion model,problem solving model,social interaction model,political model,linkage model and adaptive development model. Although these models have different focuses in basic assumption,development stage and innovation agents,they demonstrate the dynamic process of schooling innovation from different dimensions.
