摘要
利用孔径为1.4μm的纤维管状陶瓷膜对脱脂乳进行微滤除菌试验,研究错流速率及过膜压力对脱脂乳的渗透速率及蛋白质截留率的影响。结果表明:在一定的错流速率下,存在一定范围的过膜压力(TMP),使得渗透速率保持稳定,随着错流速率的增加,最佳TMP范围的上限增加。在2.75m/s的错流速率下,合适的TMP为50~77.5kPa,此时乳中的营养成分几乎没有截留。同时,陶瓷膜对细菌和芽孢的截留效果较好,分别降低了3.471和2.079个数量级。
Skim milk was microfiltrated to degerming the bacteria with a 1.4μm ceramic membranes.The Effect of cross-velocity and transmembrane pressure(TMP)on permeate flux and protein rejection was determined.The results show that,a range of TMP can keep the permeate flux steady when cross-velocity is fixed,and the best TMP upper limit is improved along with the increase of velocity.With cross-velocity of 2.75m/s,the proper TMP is between 50~ 77.5kPa.By the same time,the compositions of the milk are not rarely retained while the bacteria and spore count is reduced remarkablely,which is 3.471Log and 2.079Log respectively.
