摘要
在大量试验的基础上,建立了描述微滤和超滤在澄清苹果汁时渗透速率与主流液速度、平均操作压力和物料温度关系的数学模型,以及渗透速率与操作时间关系的数学模型,并据此对渗透速率的影响因素进行了对比分析。对微滤和超滤所加工的成品的质量进行了评定,其结果表明,超滤的工作质量远高于微滤。
Mathematical models describing the relationship of permeat solution rate with bulk solution velocity,average pressure and material tamperature ,and the relationship of perme- ant solution rate with operating time for apple juice microfiltration and ultrafiltration are es- tablished,based on a large quantity of experiments.The apple juices produced by the two kinds of processing methods are evaluated and compared.The quality of ultrafiltered apple juice is much better than that of microfiltered one.
