摘要
目的探讨经鼻内镜泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗老年慢性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗老年慢性泪囊炎患者20例(24眼),观察临床疗效。结果 20例患者(24眼)术后随访6个月～2年,治愈22眼(91.7%);好转2眼(8.3%)。结论鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗老年慢性泪囊炎疗效好,创伤小,简便快捷。
【Objective】To study the effect of the nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy on chronic dacryocystitis of old patients.【Methods】20 old patients （ 24 eyes） suffering from chronic dacryocystitis received nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy. Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. 【Results】Of all 24 eyes , 22 eyes （91.7 %）were cured, 2 eyes （8.3 %） obviously improved. No complications occurred. 【Conclusions】Nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is an effective surgical method to treat chronic dacryocystitis of patients.
