摘要
目的观察鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效和特点。方法对34例慢性泪囊炎患者行鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术。术中采用枪状镊鼻内定位泪囊,用电钻磨除泪囊内侧壁骨质,切开泪囊,银夹固定翻开的泪囊黏膜,术后随访半年以上。结果全部病例中治愈31例(91%),好转4例(9%)。结论经鼻内镜鼻腔泪囊造口术较传统鼻外泪囊鼻腔造口术操作更加简便,可控。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect and characteristic in treating chronic dacryocystitls by endoscopic transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy. [Methods] Total 34 patients who suffered dacryocystitis accepted endoscopic transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy from Oct. 2003 to Oct. 2005. We used nasal forceps to fix dacryocyst in nasal and stripped medial wall of dacryocyst by electrical drill, then cut open the dacryocyst and fix the edge of mucosa by silver cllp. All patients are followed for more than half a year. [Result] 31 cases （91%） are healing well and 4 cases （9%） improved. [Conclusion] Endoscopic transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy would be simpler and can be controlled than traditional dacryocystorhinostomy.
