摘要
目的观察泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗老年慢性泪囊炎的安全性与效果。方法对13例（13眼）老年慢性泪囊炎行泪囊鼻腔吻合术，随访6～12个月。结果治愈8例（61．5％），好转4例（30．8％），无效1例（7．7％），有效率达92．3％。无1例出现心脑血管意外。结论在有效的麻醉前提下，对老年慢性泪囊炎行泪囊鼻腔吻合术是安全有效的。
Objective To observe the safety and efficacy for senile chronic dacryocystitis by dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods 13 cases（ 13 eyes） with senile chronic dacrgocystitis received dacryocys- torhinostomy and were followed up for 6 ~ 12 months. Results 8 eyes （6l. 5% ） were cured, 4 eyes （ 30.8 % ） improved, 1 eye （7.7 % ） was invalid, effectiveness was 92.3 %. No cardiocerebral vascular acci- dent happened. Conclusion Giving a valid local aesthesia, dacryocystorhinostomy is a safe and effective method for senile chronic dacryocystitis.
