小儿神经母细胞瘤胰腺转移分析

Pancreatic Metastasis from Neuroblastoma in Childhood

摘要 [目的]提高对神经母细胞瘤胰腺转移的认识。[方法]对中国医科大学附属第四医院收治小儿神经母细胞瘤胰腺转移1例结合文献报告行回顾性分析。[结果]该例患儿因肿瘤复发,同时出现胰腺影像的改变而诊断胰腺转移,因病情恶化仅能予以姑息治疗,3个月后死亡。[结论]小儿神经母细胞瘤胰腺转移虽极为罕见,但确有病例存在。在考虑神经母细胞瘤常见器官、组织转移同时要注意胰腺转移,神经母细胞瘤胰腺转移预后差。
