摘要
目的:探讨胰腺转移性肿瘤的CT表现。方法:回顾性分析经手术(6例)或超声导引下穿刺(5例)病理证实的共11例胰腺转移性肿瘤的CT表现,原发肿瘤肺癌3例,胃肠癌5例,腹膜后多形性未分化肉瘤1例,腹盆腔平滑肌肉瘤1例,肾透明细胞癌1例,胰腺转移性肿瘤无特异性临床表现。结果:胰腺转移性肿瘤以单发结节多见(9例),多发结节少见(2例),结节以边界清楚的圆形、类圆形多见(9例),分叶状、边界不清少见(2例),直径<4 cm多见(8例),增强扫描以轻度强化多见(10例),明显强化少见(1例)。结论:胰腺转移性肿瘤有一定的影像学特征,综合分析CT表现并结合原发癌病史有利于胰腺转移瘤的诊断。
Objective：To explore the CT imaging features of metastatic pancreatic tumors.Methods：Retrospective analysis of the CT imaging features in 11 cases diagnosed with metastatic pancreatic tumors was performed.Six cases were confirmed by operation while the other 5 by ultrasound-guided biopsy.The primary malignant tumors were primary lung cancer（n=3）,gastrointestinal cancer（n=5）,retroperitoneal pleomorphic undifferentiated sarcoma（n=1）,leiomyosarcoma of abdominopelvic cavity（n=1）,and renal clear cell carcinoma（n=1）.All the metastatic pancreatic tumors had no specific clinical manifestations.Results：As detected by CT study,the single nodule（n=9） was more common than multiple nodules（n=2） in this group.The lesions were more common in a round or nearly round shape with well-defined margins（n=9） than in a lobulated shape with ill-defined margins（n=2）;they were much smaller（diameter 4cm,n=8） and more mildly enhanced（n=10） than intensively enhanced（n=1）.Conclusion：Metastatic tumors of pancreas show some specific imaging features.Comprehensive analysis of the CT imaging findings with the known previous history of malignant tumors will be helpful for the diagnosis of metastatic pancreatic tumors.
