罕见的神经母细胞瘤胰腺转移1例

Pancreatic metastasis in a child with neuroblastoma:report of one case

摘要 病例女,4岁,2岁时因反复发热、贫血、下肢疼痛于当地医院就诊,初步诊断为滑膜炎,抗感染治疗症状不能缓解。行腹部CT检查示：左侧肾上腺区及腹膜后见软组织肿块,内伴钙化（图1）,经骨髓穿刺活检诊断为神经母细胞瘤IV期、骨髓转移。给予化疗,4个月后行腹膜后肿瘤切除术,病理诊断为神经母细胞瘤。
