摘要
维度描述上的抽象性和概念界定不统一性使得动态能力理论发展陷入瓶颈状态。本文引入知识基础观,从理论上尝试揭示出动态能力不同演化阶段的关键子能力:吸收能力、整合能力、学习能力和创新能力;进而利用实证分析检验动态能力的关键要素,发现吸收能力、整合能力、学习能力与理论部分的维度探讨相一致,而创新能力维度被明确细分为两个因子:管理创新能力与技术创新能力。这一发现,为研究动态能力与竞争优势的关系提供了新的认识,也为创新能力研究提供了一份新的经验证据。
The development of dynamic capability theory has a bottleneck problem for the intangibility of descriptive dimension and the heterogeneity of definition.This paper integrates the knowledge-based view with the dynamic capability theory,and accepts the essence of evolutionary theory and strategic management theory.It reveals the key sub-capabilities in different evolution stages of dynamic capability,including absorptive capability,integrative capability,learning capacity,and innovative capacity.Then we empirically test these key elements.The result shows that,in addition to innovative capacity,other dimensionalities are all valid,and innovative capacity is clearly subdivided into two factors:management innovative capacity and technology innovative capacity.The finding provides a new foundation for understanding the relationship between dynamic capability and competitive advantage,and empirical evidences to support innovation research.
