摘要
创新是引领发展的第一动力,是现阶段国家发展的一项基本国策。而创新绩效是高技术服务业生存与发展的关键。文章在现有研究基础上,归纳出了影响高技术服务业创新绩效3个方面的因素:自主创新、外部环境因素和合作创新,并提出了相应的对策。
Serving as the first motive force leading to the development of country,innovation,is a basic national policy for national advancement at present.Innovation performance,however,have turned into a critical point to the growth of hightech service industry.Based on the current researching achievement,this paper had summarized three factors:independent innovation,external environment factors and cooperative innovation,those which have an influence on the innovation performance of high-tech service industry.Then relevant strategies had been put forward.
