摘要
以Winter对动态能力的本质性界定为理论基础,结合Prahalad和Hamel关于“核心能力”的理论和解释,同时把Priem和Butler对Barney思想是“同义反复”的质疑,作为理解动态能力概念的“警示”来分析动态动力概念的价值问题。
The concept of dynamic capabilities will be glorified excessively if describe it as a tautology term with advantage, or ascribe all changes to it. The dominant understanding on the concept is simple; they are neither vague nor tautological but a set of specific and identifiable processes. All - important for the concept is to pursue preciseness, only if based on the preciseness, one can explore its academic value.
