The Impact of Information Disclosure on the Government Public Service Quality

摘要政务信息公开已经成为我国服务型政府建设的一项重要内容,在服务型政府建设的过程中,提高公共服务水平和质量是一个重要的切入点,而这一点也需要在信息公开中实现。也就是说,政府公共服务信息公开对政府的服务质量具有积极的影响,而且也可以促进服务效率的提升,还可以提高公众对政府服务机构的信任感。但是,政府的公共服务信息公开也会对政府服务质量产生消极影响,面对这一问题,只有通过完善信息公开制度去加以解决。 Openness of Government Affair Information has already become an important content of the service-oriented government construction in China.In the process of building service-oriented government,it is a significant starting point to improve the quality and level of public service,which should also be implemented in the course of information disclosure.In other words,Government＇s public-service information open has a positive impact on Government＇s service quality improvement.It can improve the efficiency of service delivery and also increase the public trust in Government Service Institutions.However,Government＇s public-service information open has negative impact on Government＇s service quality,too.Faced with this problem,we might solve it only through improving the information disclosure system.
