摘要
结合我国政府信息公开立法的现状,为建立和完善我国政府信息公开法律体系进行了制度设计。首先要对我国政府信息公开法律体系的结构进行系统梳理和建构;其次要明确建构我国政府信息公开法律体系必须遵循的基本原则;再次是要寻找建构我国政府信息公开法律体系路径。
Combining with the actuality of legislation on government information publicity in China, the writer devises feasible system in order to improve it. We should analyze the framework, principle and path on establishing our legal system of government information publicity.
