摘要
在依照交通部《公路建设项目后评价报告编制办法》的基础上，参考国内外后评价的程序与方法，首次提出公路建设项目后评价中目标持续评价的原则、方法和内容，从而使公路建设项目后评价体系进一步得到完善和提高，对公路建设项目的决策、设计、施工、养护营运工作有着积极的意义．
On the basis of the compiling method of later evaluation report of the highway construction project issued by the communication department , having references of the national and international procedure and method of later evaluation , for the first time it puts forward the principles , methods and contents of target continuity evaluation in later evaluation of the highway construction project , and in turn improves and raises the later evaluation system of highway construction project , and exerts positive effects on the decision , design , construction , maintenance and operation of highway construction project as well.
