摘要
基于可持续发展观,界定了高速公路社会影响评价的概念和内容,并以此为依据构建了高速公路社会影响评价指标体系;针对定性指标通过集值统计的方法对评分值进行处理,以判断数据的客观性和可靠性。
Based on the principle of the Sustainable Development, this paper defines the conception and content of Social Impact Assessment of high way. According to this, it gives comprehensive indexes of Social Impact Assessment of high way. Then it deals with the assessment valves by collective amount statistic theory to judge the objectivity and reliability of the dates.
