摘要
用单宁和碳酸钠对原料进行处理后,用酵母发酵,制成蜂蜜-山楂汁保健饮料。解决了蜂蜜饮料易混浊及刺激味大等缺陷。通过正交试验,找到了适合该饮料生产的最佳工艺条件。
Tannin and Sodium Carbonate Were first used to trcat the raw materials and then yeast was fermented to produce honeyhawthorn drink By study,the defects that honey drink is easily turbid and stimulant have been solved. Through arthogonal test, the best technol ogical parameter to produce the drink was found.
