Micro crystalline coating with about 30 μm thick can be obtained on the surface of Ni 3Cr 10Al cast alloy by means of vacuum ion sputtering. The high temperature oxidation resistance and the adherence of oxidated film are better than those of the cast alloy after oxidation for 500 h at 1 000 ℃.
