摘要
研究了高温合金K17F溅射微晶(小于100nm)涂层的氧化膜的修复性。结果表明:微晶涂层上的氧化膜有优良的修复性,氧化膜剥落后,虽然生成由(Al,Cr)2O3与TiO2组成的复合氧化膜,但它具有优良的粘附性,涂层仍具有优良的抗高温氧化性能。
The rehabilitation ability of the protective oxide scales formed on K17F microcrystalline coatings with grain less than 100 nm prepared by magnetron sputtering were studied. The results indicated that the oxide scales on the coating may be rehabilited after the original Al 2O 3 scales are destroyed. Although the rehabilited complex scales consist of (Al, Cr) 2O 3 and TiO 2, the coating still has excellent resistance to oxidation due to fine adhesion and protection of the scales.
