摘要
利用XRD,SEM和EDS检测了爆炸喷涂NiCrAlY涂层的高温氧化行为.结果表明,涂层1050℃恒温氧化动力学曲线符合抛物线规律,涂层表面生成Al203保护膜.氧化300 h,表面氧化膜基本保持完好,涂层/基体界面无开裂,基体表层出现铝与氮的化合物.与不加涂层的单晶镍基高温合金基体比较,爆炸喷涂的NiCrAlY涂层高温抗氧化能力明显增强.
The oxidation behavior of detonation gun sprayed (DS) NiCrAlY coating at 1050 degreesC was evaluated by means of XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that oxidation kinetic curve of DS NiCrAlY coating obeys the parabolic law. The Al2O3 protective scale is formed at coating surface. After oxidation for 300 h, the surface oxide scale keeps almost intact and no crack is found at the interface of coating and substrate. The oxidation resistance of DS NiCrAlY coating is evidently better than that of the naked substrate, a single crystal Ni-base superalloy. There are Al-N compounds appearing in the undersurface area of substrate.
