古银杏种质亲缘关系及遗传多样性的ISSR分析 被引量:7

摘要 为了探明山东古银杏种质及其群体的亲缘关系和遗传多样性水平,从20对ISSR中筛选出7对扩增产物重复性好、谱带清晰的引物,对29个山东古银杏种质的亲缘关系及遗传多样性进行了研究。结果表明:7对引物共产生34条谱带,其中多态带28条,多态带的比例为82.4%;29个古银杏种质之间的相似系数为0.53~0.95;当相似系数为0.78时,供试种质可分为5类,种质的聚类与种质是否在同一地理区域并非完全相关;泰安与临沂群体之间的遗传一致度比较高,非半岛地区古银杏种质的遗传多样性高于半岛地区的。 In order to research genetic relationship and diversity in ancient germplasm in Ginkgo bilobafrom Shandong, seven pairs of primers with clear and good repeatability bands had been screened out from 20pairs of primers.The genetic relationship and diversity of 29ancient germplasm in G.biloba from Shandong were analyzed.The results showed that 7pairs of primers generated 34bands,in which there were 28polymorphic bands,and the percentage of polymorphic bands was 82.4%.Genetic similarity coefficients among ancient germplasm in G.biloba were from 0.53 to 0.95,and the germplasm were divided into five clusters when similarity coefficient was 0.78,the cluster of germplasm was not completely correspondent with their geographical regions.The genetic identity of Tai’an and Linyi populations was higher among the studied populations.The genetic diversity of non-island area was higher than that of island area.
