摘要
应用扫描电镜和光镜对榛属１７份试材的花粉进行了观察；结果表明，不同种、优系和品系间花粉粒的形状、大小、外壁纹饰等性状存在一定差异，可作为榛属植物分类和亲缘关系研究的依据。根据花粉外壁纹饰将它们分成两大类，第一类，微刺纹饰，包括欧榛、川榛和几个杂交品系；第二类，细的皱波纹饰上具有微刺纹饰，包括平榛优系、毛榛、藏刺榛、刺榛和几个杂交品系。
Pollen grains of seventeen samples of Corylus L. were examined by using scanning elec-tron microscope and optical microscope,The result shows that there are some differences as the follow-ing:shape,size and exinous markings among different species and hybrids. These finding can be the basisfor the study of taxonomy and genetic relation of germplasm of Corylus L. According to the exinousmarkings,they are separated two kinds,the first is tiny thorn marking.including:C. avellana L..C.kwe-ichowensis Hu, and some hybrids,Second is tiny thorn marking on thin wrinkle marking. including:C.het-erophylla Fisch.,C.mandshurica Maxim..C. ferox Wall,C.ferox Wall.var. thibetica and some hybrids.
