摘要
一氧化氮(NO)是生物体内一种重要的信使分子和效应分子,在生理和病理过程中起着重要作用,实现对生物体内NO快速、准确的检测,具有重要的意义,将光纤传感技术应用到对NO的检测中是目前最有前景的方法之一。本文综述了国内外NO光纤传感器的研究进展,介绍了几种适用于光纤传感器的新型NO探针和检测方法,并对NO光纤传感技术目前存在的问题及发展趋势进行了讨论。
Nitric oxide(NO) is an important biological messenger molecules and effect molecules in vivo,which plays an important role in physiology and disease process.It's of great significance to achieve for rapid and accurate detection of NO in the biological body.And the fiber-optic NO sensor is one of the most promising detection methods now.In this paper,we reviewed the current research of fiber-optic NO sensor at home and abroad,introduced several new NO probes and detection methods that can be used in fiber-optic sensor in detail,and discussed the existing problems and development trends of the NO fiber-optic sensing technology.
