摘要
本文从光纤传感技术、生物传感技术、电位溶出技术3个研究方向对食品中痕量铅的检测进展作了综述,内容包括3种技术的检测原理、方法的优缺点及需要改进的方向。
A review on the progress and trends for of the determination of trace amounts of lead in foods,including optical fiber sensing technology,biosensing technologies,potentiometric stripping technology as well as three researches orientation was gwen. The main content included principle ,advantage and fault,progress orientation as well as three methods.
