摘要
法律制度环境是体育社团法治建设中不可缺少的重要环节。体育社团组织的法律制度应主要以保障宪法规定的公民结社自由为宗旨,符合我国参加的有关国际公约,既要有利于体育社团的自身发展,又要规范和引导体育社团的法治化发展。具体制度设计安排应从法主体制度、管理法律制度、经营法律制度、财产保障及公共支持法律制度、评价与监督法律制度、纠纷法律救济制度等方面考虑,这些制度的完善将进一步优化体育社团改革的法治环境。
The environment of legal system is the indispensable part in the rule of law sports associations. The legal system of sports associations should be primarily to protect the constitutional h＇eedom of association of citizens for the purpose, in line with our participation in the relevant international conventions, should be beneficial to sports associations for self - development, but also norm and guide the development of sports associations. The specific arrangements of institutional design should take into account the following areas ： law of the main system, management of the legal system, operations of the legal system, property protection and public support of the legal system, evaluation and supervision of the legal system, the legal sys- tem to relief disputes. That the improvement of these systems will be further optimized the legal environment of reform of sports associations.
