摘要
我国的运动项目管理体制改革已进入新阶段，成立的２０个运动项目管理中心，对开展的８５个运动项目实施管理。笔者认为，根据我国的公有制为主体，多种经济成分并存的国情，我国的单项运动协会应当走“半社团半政府”性质的发展之路，管理中心应成为联结体育政府部门与单项协会的纽带；单项协会则要依托项目管理中心来发挥实体作用。
