摘要
体育运动中的兴奋剂问题是一个全球性的问题,需要各国政府、国际组织和非政府的体育组织之间进行合作。联合国教科文组织通过的《反对在体育运动中使用兴奋剂国际公约》,几乎涵盖了有关兴奋剂的所有问题,对该公约的研究有助于兴奋剂的控制以及有关立法建设。
Doping in sports is a global problem, whose solution needs the cooperation between governments national organizations and non-governmental organizations. International Convention against Doping in Sports adopted by UNESCO is of great help to the global doping control and related government legislation.
