摘要
重点研究了回转支承滚珠与滚道,外圈轮齿与主动小齿轮的接触,通过ABAQUS有限元软件对这2种非线性接触进行模拟,充分利用了有限元软件在解决非线性问题方面的优势,加入了赫兹理论没有考虑的摩擦,以及考虑了接触区域的非线性,并将结果与理论值进行了比较,对其中的差异进行了简单分析。
This article focuses on the nonlinear contact where happened between the ball and raceway, and the outer ring gear tooth contact with the active pinion, with the ABAQUS finite element software to simulate these two kinds of nonlinear contact, full use of the finite element software which have advantage on solving nonlinear problems, consider the friction which Hertz theory does not take into account, and consider the non-linear contact area, Then, compared the results with the theoretical value, and analyzed the differences between them.
