摘要
为了保证防爆无轨胶轮车在通过坑洼路面时的稳定性和附着力,车辆通过带有回转支承的摆动体横向摆动,分析了摆动体中的回转支承和紧固螺栓的载荷情况,通过有限元分析,得到了在不同预紧力和不同安装板厚的情况下的紧固螺栓应力变化曲线。研究表明,适当提高紧固螺栓的预紧力和安装板厚,可有效改善紧固螺栓在大载荷下的应力情况,提高设备的可靠性和使用寿命。
By using swinging body with slewing bearing,lateral oscillation of the explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicle can ensure the stability and adhesion when passing through potholed road. The load conditions of slewing bearing and fastening bolts in the swing body is analyzed. Bolt stress curves under different preload and different mounting plate thickness are obtained using the finite element analysis. Study results show that increasing fastening bolts preload and mounting plate thickness can improve fastening bolts stress,reliability and service life of equipment effectively.
