影响氧化锌压敏陶瓷电性能的因素 被引量:2

EFFECTS OF SOME FACTORS ON VOLTAGE SENSITIVE PROPERTIES OF ZnO VOLTAGE SENSITIVE CERAMICS

摘要 用大颗粒氧化锌粉末制备了氧化锌压敏陶瓷片,测定了其压敏特性曲线,考察了烧结温度、保温时间、成分配比等对其压敏特性的影响。研究结果表明:用这种大颗粒的氧化锌粉末制备压敏陶瓷时,适当升高烧结温度(1300℃)、适当的延长保温时间3h。都有利于降低压敏陶瓷的阀值电压。掺杂氧化物的比例对其压敏特性影响很大,掺杂氧化物的质量分数在20%左右为宜。 ZnO ceramic disks were made from large ZnO powders and their characteristic curves of voltage sensitive properties were determined. A detailed study was made of the effects of sintering temperature, heat retaining time and composition ratio on volfage sensitive properties. The results showed that when the voltage sensitive ceramics are used, both increasing sintering temperature and prolonging heat retaining time are seneficial to the reduction in their breakdown voltage. The ratio of doping oxide in the ceramics have great effects on the voltage sensitive properties. Its appropriate content should be fixed at 20wt% or so.
