摘要
介绍电渣工艺复合轧辊制造方法，Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ环境下开发的模拟软件，辅助设计的步骤。提出试验装置总体设计方案，获得界面良好复合的判据及其工艺参数的控制。
Electroslag continuous pouring process for roll cladding,the simulation software under Windows, and the simulation steps for computer aided equipment designing are described in this paper.A general design of the equipment,the criteria of cladding quality and their technological parameters are also given.
