气压顶出充芯连铸制备双金属复合材料试验研究 被引量:2

Preparation of Bimetal Cladding Composites by Air Pressing Push-out Core Filled Continuous Casting

摘要 采用自制设备,运用气压顶出充芯连铸法,制备出外径为12mm,内径为8mm的铅包锡双金属复合棒坯。对复合棒坯的外观、断面和界面进行了分析,结果表明,复合棒坯连续稳定,表面质量良好,包覆层厚度均匀,界面实现了冶金结合。 Pb cladding Sn bimetal composite rods with 8 mm in inner diameter and 12 mm in outer diameter were prepared with self-developed equipment by air-pressing push-out core filled continuous casting.The appearance,fracture morphology and interface of the composite rod were observed by OM(optical microscope).The results show that continuous stable composite rods exhibit desirable surface quality and uniform cladding thickness as well as metallurgical bonding in interface.
