摘要
大学生正处于能力培养与人格完善的关键时期,反思对他们思想、行为的成熟以及综合素质的提升有着紧密的联系。正确培养大学生的反思能力,使其把反思当成一种习惯,对大学生的成长有着不可或缺的重要作用。对此,我们应营造良好的社会反思氛围,深化高等教育改革、掀起教学反思热潮,回归学生自我,树立反思从我做起的信条,以此来培养大学生的反思能力。
For university students who are in the critical period of ability development and personality growth,the ability to introspect has close relations with their maturity of thought,action as well as the promotion of their comprehensive quality.Properly cultivating their introspective ability among university students so as to make it a habit is of great significance to their growth.Therefore,we should create a good atmosphere of social retrospection,deepen higher education reform,and launch an upsurge of teaching retrospection to make the students return to their ego and establish the belief of starting from ＂myself＂ so as to cultivate their introspective ability.
