反思在大学生的成长中有非常重要的意义。影响大学生反思的因素主要包括自我意识的成熟度、对反思意义的认知、事件经验的意义、反思的技巧。
Introspection is important for the growth of college students. This article mainly discusses the elements affecting college students' introspection, including the students' self-consciousness, cognition and skills of introspection; their way of attribution; influence of education and their training.
