Journals are important documents of library collection,and are a major source for the teaching and research staff to obtain the latest information.Good management of periodicals and enrichment of information resources can supply the teaching and research with more academic information.To enhance the journal management,it＇s important to convert our concept of service,improve the quality of the working staff,perfect work details and the new ideas and enhance our work efficiency with new work ethics and new technology.
