摘要
资源、人是决定高校图书馆外文期刊服务质量和水平的两大要素。文章就如何实现两大要素的最优化,即最大的资源保障、高素质的外刊工作人员和用户,进行分析和探讨。
Resources and talented persons are the two important elements in raising service quality and level of foreign journals in university libraries.The paper analyzes and discusses how to realize the optimization of two elements,namely,to guarantee the resources to the maximum degree,and to enhance the quality of librarians in charge of foreign journals and the users.
