摘要
论述了高校图书馆间专业期刊交换的现实意义、必要性及优越性,同时强调了在期刊交换过程中应注意的事项,从而保证期刊交换的质量,尽可能建立更加完善的文献资源体系。
This paper discusses on the realistic significance, necessity and advantages of professional periodical exchange among university libraries, and emphasizes some items needing attention in the course of the periodical exchange for assuring the quantity of periodical exchange and establishing the more perfect information resources system as far as possibly.
