摘要
附属医院是高等医学院的重要组成部分,是临床学院行使医疗服务、人才培养双重职能的重要场所。而医务人员积极投入本科教学是保证医院教学质量的关键。本文针对目前附属医院教学管理中存在的种种困难,通过完善管理机制、创新激励制度激发广大医务人员教学的积极性和主动性,从而进一步提高医院临床教学水平,保证医学人才培养质量。
Affiliated hospital is an important part of medical college, wich is functioned as both medical service and talent cultivation. Medical personnel's initiative in training undergraduates is the key to ensure the quality of teaching hospital. To overcome the current difficulties in the management of teaching hospital, this article suggests consummation of management mechanistn and innovation of incentive system for medical teaching staff to inspire their enthusiasm and initiatives for further improvement of clinical teaching level and ensurement of the quality of medical talent cultivation.
