摘要 利用声发射设备对二维、三维编织陶瓷基复合材料及不同铺排方式的树脂基复合材料的静拉伸试验进行全程监测,采集了四种试样在拉伸过程中的声发射信号,通过对声发射参数(能量、计数和幅值等)和应力-应变曲线进行综合分析,探讨了这些复合材料的拉伸损伤过程。试验结果表明:通过对材料拉伸过程中的声发射参数分析,能够有效分析材料的损伤形式及其演化过程,不同基体的复合材料其拉伸过程中的损伤演化有所不同,编织方式和铺排方式对于损伤演化的影响也非常明显。 Acoustic emission (AE) is used to monitor the experimental progresses of tensile on 2-D,3-D braided C/SiC composites and T300 /QY8911 resin matrix laminate composites([0]16 and [± 45]3s) . AE characteristic parameters are collected over the entire stress/strain curve. The damage types and their relation in different progresses of damage evolution are revealed by multi-parameter analysis. Experimental results indicate that the use of acoustic emission technology to compare the damage of different composites is feasible and effective. They also reveal the difference of damage and acoustic emission parameters between the resin base-composites and ceramic based composites. The difference of woven models and ply sequences also has a great effect on damage evolution.
