摘要
对声发射 (AE)研究的基本方法作了简介 ,采用参数分析和波形分析方法对金属基和陶瓷基复合材料在变形损伤过程中的 AE特征进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,通过记录声发射特征参数可以有效地判断复合材料各阶段的变形损伤机制。因此 ,利用 AE这一手段可以更全面。
The application of acoustic emission technique in the study of the damage process of fiber reinforced aluminium composite wires (MMC) and CF/SiC ceramic matrix composites (CMC) has been discussed, including the traditional AE characteristic parameter analysis and newly developed wave analysis methods. It has been indicated that from the study of the AE behavior of the composites, the damage mechanism in the damage process can be revealed. It has been proved by the results that AE technique is a very useful means for the research of MMC and CMC.
