碳纤维复合单向板冲击缺陷超声层析成像检测

摘要 实验结果表明,超声层析成像技术可以检测出碳纤维复合单向板中的冲击缺陷,但是在重建成像过程中由于碳纤维复合单向板本身的材料各向异性,给缺陷图像重建结果带来大量伪影。提出一种超声层析成像技术应用于碳纤维复合单向板缺陷检测过程中减少伪影的方法,根据兰姆波在碳纤维复合单向板各个方向的传播速度,对兰姆波走时数据进行修正从而达到减少伪影的目的。结果表明,重建图像通过走时修正,其缺陷位置偏离误差得到降低,伪影大大减少,成像质量明显提高。 The results show that impact defects in carbon fiber-reinforced unidirectional laminates can be detected by ultrasound tomography.But some artifacts have been brought by the anisotropy of composite materials in image reconstruction.A timeof-flight data revising method based on the velocities of Lamb waves propagating in the carbon fiber-reinforced unidirectional laminates along different directions had been proposed to decrease these artifacts.It shows that deviation error is decreased,artifacts are less and the quality of reconstructed images is improved by data revising.
