摘要
研究了用复合铸造和加压凝固法制备的SiCp/2A14Al复合材料的挤压性能,并利用热挤压工艺得到了复合型材和棒材,分析了挤压过程中三类挤压裂纹产生的原因及控制方法。SiCp/2A14Al复合材料具有很好的挤压加工性能,但挤压工艺参数的合理选择对复合材料的质量有很大的影响。
The extrusion performance of SiCp/2A14Al composites processed by compocasting and solidification under pressing were studied, and composite sections and bar were got by using hot extrusion technology. The reasons of occurring three types of crack during extrusion and controlling methods of extrusion crack were analysed. The test showed that the SiCp/2A14Al composites have very good extrusion ability, and the reasonable selection of parameters of extrusion processing have great influence on the quality of composites.
