摘要
对粉末冶金法制备的20μmSiC颗粒增强2024Al复合材料进行了动态拉伸试验。试验表明,在比较低的应力下就有SiC颗粒产生开裂,大量SiC颗粒开裂造成的材料累积损伤导致复合材料的最终断裂,从复合材料的强化机制和力学计算对试验结果给出了解释。
ynamic tension on the 20μm SiC particulate reinforced 2024Al composite fabricated by P/M tech-nique was carried out.It was indicated that the SiC particulates were fractured at lower stress.The accumu-lative damage of the composite caused by the fracture of a lot of SiC particulates resulted in final fractureof the cimposite.The result was accounted for by the strengthening mechanism and theoritical calculation.
