摘要
研究了15%SiC铝基复合材料等温变形后的显微组织和室温拉伸性能的变化,得出结论为在经过等温变形后晶粒有一定的变化,但程度较小,变形速度加快时SiC颗粒的分布出现局部的聚集现象;而拉伸性能随总变形量的增大而提高,变形温度升高和变形速度加快时拉伸性能降低,而变形火次的影响很小。
The microstructures and tensile property at room temperature of 15%SiCp/Al ahoy matrix composites after isothermal deformation were studied in this paper. The results show that the microstructures of 15% SiCp/Al alloy matrix composites do not change remarkable after the isothermal deformation. The distribution of SiC particles appears local clusters when the deformation velocity increases. Whereas the tensile strength enhances with the increase of deforming degree, decreases with the increase of the deforming temperature and the deformation velocity. The deformation times has only slight effect on tensile properties.
