摘要
利用正交试验方法研究了各工艺参数(模具温度、冷却时间、保压时间及注射压力)对较大尺寸下的微流控芯片成型过程的影响。研究结果表明模具温度对芯片沟道成型起主要作用,冷却时间、保压时间及注射压力次之。该结论为深入开展微流控芯片成型研究提供了有益的借鉴。
Use the orthogonal experimental method to examine the process parameters(mold temperature,cooling time,packing time and injection pressure) on the two scales of microfluidic chip forming process.The results show that mold temperature play a major role in shaping the chip-channel,cooling time,packing time and injection pressure are the secondary factors.All these can be well used for reference to more study for molding of microfluidic chip.
