摘要
通过对40株姬菇杂交菌株与2个亲本菌株进行栽培出菇试验,考察其出菇产量和商品性状。结果表明:40个杂交菌株与亲本J2-1的平均单产比较,其中有29个杂交菌株的平均单产高于亲本,13个杂交菌株(506、36、16、66、58、670、238、444、185、296、258、191和203)的差异达到显著水平,9个杂交菌株(58、670、238、444、185、296、258、191和203)的差异呈极显著水平;对具有典型姬菇特征的7个杂交菌株(36、41、68、71、258、432、608)与2个亲本菌株进行菇体商品性比较表明,4个菌株(608、36、258、432)是商品性较好的杂交菌株,其中杂交菌株432综合商品性状表现最佳。
40 Pleurotus cornucopiae and 2 parents were cultivated to test were fruiting yields and commodity characters. The results showed that： the average yields of 29 Pleurotus cornucopiae hybrids were higher than that of the parents of J2-1, and 13 hybrids, including Strain 506,36,16,66,58,670,238,444,185,296,258,191 and 203 with significant difference level, and 9 hybrids, including Strain 58,670, 238,444,185,296,258,191 and 203 even reached extremely significant difference level. Of all hybrids, 7 hybrids, including 608, 36,258 and 432, had typical Pleurotus cornucopiae characters, of which Strains 432 was the best with good commodity characters.
