摘要
侧耳是重要的栽培菌之一,栽培方法简单,生物学效率高。但侧耳栽培必须根据当地的气候条件,选择适宜的栽培种类。对原平农业学校微生物实验室历年引进或优选出的侧耳属32个品种采用瓶栽的方法进行品比试验,结果从生育期较短、产量较高、菌肉质地较好及外观形态受大众喜爱等几个方面选出8个优良品种,作为适合忻州地区菇农栽培的推广品种。
Mushroom pleurotus is one of the important commercial mushroom with simple culture method and good biological efficiency, but proper species fitting local climate is needed for cultivation. Comparative experiment with pot culture for 32 specie mushroom pleurotus introduced or selected by Microorganism Laboratory of Yuanping Agriculture School was conducted and 8 superior species were selected as commercial ones for Xinzhou from candidates of short growth period, high yield and fine fungus pulp quality.
